How To Make Braised Short Ribs

Today I made easy braised short ribs. These short ribs will melt in your mouth and they fall right off of the bone. This recipe only requires a few ingredients. I hope you enjoy and thanks for watching!

Ingredients:
Celery 1/2 cup
1 Medium onion (small dice)
Flour 1/2 cup
Salt 1 tbsp
Rosemary 1/2 tsp
Pepper 1 tsp
Short Ribs 8-9 pieces
Beef Broth 24oz.
Starch 1tbsp.
Water 1tbsp.
