MTB - always have your helmet, Knee and elbow guards on. PCP

My first MTB of the year 2022. Putrajaya challenge park

Out of action for sometime, naturally I was giving extra care trying find back my MTB motor skill! Obviously a bit rusty!

Had a simple fall, all the knee and elbow guards are worth the money as it did it’s protective job very well!

I strongly recommend all MTB riders must always have it on! Not matter how careful you are, the risk of falling is there! Don’t let it catch you off guard and it will be too late and sorry!

The video was recorded with DJI action 2 chest mount, the holder clip did came off with the camera from the fall but it continues to record from where it landed! 👏👏👏.

No crack lines or any damage seen. 🙏. The only damaged was front bike action 2 clip holders which was not in used!
