This was a roof clean we carried out last week. The customer had just had an extension completed, and wanted the old tiles to blend in better with the new ones, they also wanted to slow down the migration of growth from the old roof to the new one. We did point out to the customer, that older weathered tiles will never match and look the same as brand new ones. And they were happy with that.

The whole roof was cleaned using cold water, 90 bar pressure, through a turbo nozzle. We then soft washed the whole roof by water fed pole using a 3.75% strength sodium hypochlorite and surfactant mix, using a stiff bristled brush to agitate the the surface.
