How Often To Wash Type 4 Hair For Growth - Natural Hair Routine Wash Schedule

In this video I will share with you a natural hair routine for type 4 hair that makes it all make sense. You'll learn what I personally do, the order I do it in, and how often.

So you've got all the pieces to the puzzle; wash, condition, deep condition, moisturize, and trim...but how do you put those pieces together - and in what order?! Or more succinctly put, how often should I wash my hair to see growth?

Hair routines don't have to be overly complicated. It’s your choice. If you prefer a hair wash routine using all commercial products, got for it. If you like to get your hands dirty in the kitchen while creating hair products with all the ingredients you love, more power to you. Want to wash your hair daily? Bravo! There are no rules to this and its mostly trial and error until you find something that works. The key is consistency and finding a routine that fits your lifestyle.
