Ingredients
Vegetable Oil for frying
200g plain flour (approx for dunking the chicken pieces)
400g mini chicken fillets, sliced in half
1 Lemon
2 beaten eggs
salt and pepper
100g caster sugar
225ml water plus extra for cornflour
2tbsp cornflour
sesame seeds to serve
spring onions to serve
