After being a very unique customer for few years , Finally I decided to change the app . It was a really disappointing incident . I lost my phone on uber . Mistakenly I leave it in my taxi . After that when I tried to contact them there is no way to contact directly . After that I got the uber driver contact number and they ask me to come office to get the driver details . I tried to explain that I may loose my phone if I become late . I just asked for the phone number . But they didnt listen to me and asked me to come . After that , I went to their office . Once I get there , 2 security people ask me to go there and there . They were shouting and scolding me in really unprofessional way . After when I get in to office , they ask me to send a email to them other wise they cant give the driver info . I was really upset and I tried to explain . But they are really unprofessional . We always use uber and other taxi apps because of their safety . But here , Its really bad . Sorry Uber to tell this . I spend over 50,000 in SL rupees in every month for both uber and uber eats . But as soon as I got the phone , I uninstalled both your apps .

Since I'm a techky person , I managed to follow the uber taxi . But just think if this happen for someone else ? What is the solution . Same thing happen to my friend as well . When they try to contact driver , he said like , I dont know . May be some passenger might take it . So I was scared about my phone too .
