HOW TO STOP CONCEALER CREASING AND LOOKING DRY UNDER YOUR EYES!

hey babes! this is the technique I ( emphasis on I, heavy on the I, heavy on the this is MY way) use to stop concealer from creasing badly under my eyes! Like i said in this video, most of us have natural lines/creases under our eyes... concealer will not make it magically disappear. You just want to avoid the product building up and creating harsh lines and making it obvious!
