Olcayto moved from Istanbul to Berlin with his family. This was a second chance for him. Olcayto talks about what second chances are and where to find them. He wants to inspire the audience to take a deep breath, harvest their experiences and to see chances instead of just looking for them. Put curiosity on auto-pilot. Olcayto Cengiz is a creative professional since 1996 and currently working in Berlin, Germany as UX/UI Lead and Gamification Expert at Accenture Interactive.

He is a huge fan of experience and for this reason started his journey in a traditional advertising agency, and in years added social media, digital, IoT, connected world and gamification to his skill set.
