GDM-10 Refrigerator not getting cold.... Starter Capacitor not activating the condenser fan!

Today I tried to figure out the cause of this GDM 10 refrigerator not getting cold. After a simple test I have come to an initial conclusion that the start capacitor which sits to the side of the compressor unit might be failing as it is not a activating the condenser fan on start up. I have ordered up the part and will install it when it comes in and let you know if the issue of the refrigerator not getting cold has been solved.
