How to make a GoPro style helmet camera using an MD80 type Mini DVR spy cam, and a mini wide angle lens

The mini DVR camera is great fun on its own.It comes with several different mounting options.

The key to success is the Wide Angle Lens.
It is the image stabilizer for the camera.

You'll need a mini SD card for the camera. .

Fashion a mounting system and a means to hold the wide angle lens in place and go ride.

It's a short ride with the wide angle lens. Also shows the audio the camera has. Remember the mic is under the flak pad.

LATE NOTE:Due to the lens slipping during riding, I epoxied the metal side of the adapter washer from the wide angle lens to the camera than after it cured I stuck the wide angle lens to the self adhesive material on the other side of the flat washer.
However it is no longer removeable But its much better.
Its never slipped again.
