In this video I replace some concrete tiled hips for lead ones. The client feels that the concrete ones don't look right. And also they keep coming loose.
The lead hips will provide a traditional maintenance free solution.
I also replace the lead apron flashing to the EPDM rubber flat roof. This originally wasn't installed correctly. And it was only a matter of time before it fails.
