IOT Datalogging and Real Time Monitoring using ThingSpeak, ThingView app, and NodeMCU Wifi

This project is to Store and Display Real Time and Historical measurement and sensor data on the web server using Wifi and internet which can be display and monitored on smart phone. You can use PC or laptop to download the historical data table from the ThingSpeak Website.
This video shows one of the applications of IOT (internet of thing). We can monitor the measured values anytime and anywhere as long as all devices connected to the internet. All the measurement data is stored and can be retrieved whenever is needed. We will need the Wifi attached micro-controller board, the NodeMCU, the ThingSpeak as internet HTTP communication protocol broker, the ThingView smart phone app that compatible with ThingSpeak web broker communication, and temperature sensor to measure ambient temperature.

This is just an example how the application is done which you can modify to measure other properties to meet your requirement. It able to measure and upload the ambient temperature data for web storage every 15 seconds (shortest internal) by default. As long as the NodeMCU micro-controller is always connected to internet, you will have the data constantly upload and saved on the web. There is no problem if your smart phone app is offline.
Unfortunately it does not comes with remote device or switches application.
