Ingredients
Pepper – 1 ½ teaspoon
Cumin seeds – 1 teaspoon
Toor dal – 1 teaspoon
Coriander seeds – 1 teaspoon
Dry chilli – 1
Garlic cloves – 3
Green chilli – 1
Curry leaves
Oil – 1 tbl spoon
Mustard – ½ teaspoon
Urad dal – ½ teaspoon
Asafoetida
Mashed tomato – 3
Turmeric powder
Tamarind juice of amla size
Small piece of jaggery
Salt
Coriander leaves
Water (600 ml)
