Heavy flooding in southern India before Cyclone Michaung makes landfall

Parts of southern India were hit by heavy rainfall and flooding on Tuesday before the arrival of Cyclone Michaung. Urban areas across the states of Andhra Pradesh and Tamil Nadu were submerged, as authorities evacuated thousands of people in affected communities.
