1/2 cup White Sugar = ₱ 4.5
2 tbsp Water
5 Large Whole Eggs = ₱ 25
370 ml Alaska Evaporated Milk (yellow label) = ₱ 24.50
300 ml Alaska Sweetened Condensed Milk (blue label) = ₱ 40
1 tsp Vanilla Extract = ₱ 3
Yield: 4 pcs Medium Size
Total Ingredient Cost = ₱ 97
4 pcs Microwavable Plastic Container = ₱ 20
5 pesos/pc
Other Expenses = (portion of transpo, gas, foil etc.) = ₱ 10
Total Expenses = ₱127
SRP base on Market Prize = 50 pesos/pc
Total Potential Profit = 18.25

Llanera used is 1 1/2 cup volume capacity, 1 cup flan mixture per pc.
This costing is for small entrepreneur who want to start at low with 30 to 100 pcs production. If you are planing to take this into higher volume of production like 100 and above please adjust for manpower expense and other expenses that might affect when increasing the volume of production.
Prices of Ingredients are based on mall prices like SM Supermarket, Puregold, etc wich is more expensive. If you can buy this ingredients in wet markets and other cheaper groceries you can minimize your ingredients expense and maximize your profit.
