Fix. Enable AES-NI In System BIOS
Go to your System BIOS.
Turn off your PC completely.
Turn it back on and immediately begin tapping (or "spamming") the BIOS key on your keyboard.

The correct key depends on your motherboard or PC manufacturer:
HP: F10 or Esc
Dell: F2 or F12
Lenovo: F2 or Fn + F2
ASUS: F2 or Delete
Acer: F2 or Delete
MSI: Delete

And in System BIOS - Go to Advanced Option.
