Migrate to Microsoft 365 from Google Workspace

Learn how to migrate your emails to Microsoft 365 from Google Workspace using the migration tool in Exchange Online Admin Center.

This video covers all the details to migrate to Microsoft 365 from Google Workspace:
- Create a project in Google Cloud Admin Panel
- Create a Service Account
- Create the JSON file
- Enable the Google APIs

Create Project and the Service Account:

API library:
https://console.developers.google.com/apis/library

Search for the following APIs; each one must be enabled. Select Enable to enable them for your project:
Gmail API
Google Calendar API
Contacts API
People AP

- Enable Domain-wide delegation:

https://mail.google.com/,https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar,https://www.google.com/m8/feeds/,https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.settings.sharing,https://www.googleapis.com/auth/contacts

If your Google Workspace Subscription was created in 2024 or later, remove the restriction to create the JSON file:

Disable the policy:
iam.disableServiceAccountKeyCreation
