Lovely Mountain Rain and Rumbling Thunder Sounds for Sleeping | Dimmed Screen Sleep Sounds

Most relaxing for me are the gentle rain and rumbling thunder sounds for sleeping recordings. Normally they appear after a thunderstorm just reached it's peak to move further down the land. But for this recording that I made in the southern part of the German Alps in a nature reserve the light rain came in almost infinite. I had the feeling that the thunder clouds were stuck in the mountains. They couldn't move and therefore the recording turned out pretty decent.

But what is your opinion. I'm really curious about your experience. How are these sleep sounds working out for you. Feel also free to write me feedback about the dimmed screen visuals. Do they also have a relaxing effect on your mind?

Feel free to use the sounds in case of insomnia, tinnitus or if you want to erase annoying sounds in general. But keep in mind that they don't replace professional treatment.
