Scream 5 | The Third Killer, Skeet Ulrich Return, & Killers Will Escape?

Scream 5 needs to end in a way that directly builds toward Scream 6. Scream 1,2 and 4 all have duo killers so let's see a trio or even more for once this time around. Perhaps Skeet Ulrich can reprise his role as Billy Loomis in some capacity. The original Scream had a few illogical things in it that could all be explained away with a 3rd killer reveal. Who is this?
