Solo Wild Camp Drinking Ales And Mental health.

I went solo hammock camping to a natural woodland.
I drank a few different ales and did an instagram live with @campingwithjosh . I talked a little bit about mental health and enjoyed some bacon and egg cooked in the frying pan over the campfire.
I didn't get much recorded in the afternoon after the live session so that's why the video is a little shorter than normal.
