Aside from their famous cockatoo creaking calls, these vulnerable parrots are known for their unique colours. Watch how easy it is to identify the male vs. female by the male's vibrant, bright red crest contrasting against their beautiful slate-grey feathers. Sadly, these iconic birds are now an endangered species in Australia due to habitat loss, making this peaceful, up-close encounter incredibly rare.
