What is difference between Endoscopy and Endoscopic Ultrasound(EUS) ?

Endoscopy is a simple procedure where in a camera attached to a flexible tube examines the lining of oesophagus,stomach and duodenum.
Endoscopic Ultrasound (EUS) on the other hand has additional technology of ultrasound probe attached to distal end of endoscope.EUS helps to evaluate deeper structures along GI tract and helps in diagnosis and management of various hepatopancreatico-biliary disorders.
