Scrubs caps started for me when my daughter was about to begin her general surgery residency. Custom made scrub caps are a huge deal among American surgeons, so off I went searching on the internet for a pattern of a scrub cap which she has described to me.
I found very few scrub cap tutorials, not videos, simply text and pictures of scrub cap design process, no patterns to speak of. So I decided to experiment and at the end created my two favorite patterns of scrub caps.
The next step was creating my two videos of how to make a scrub cap for surgeons where I comment on the slides you see and this is how this channel started. I simply wanted to help others who are looking for a pattern of a scrub cap. My scrub cap models are highly functional, because I listened to my daughter and made scrub caps for her exactly the way she wanted.
