Enjoy this moderate 25-minute virtual bike ride along the Michelson Trail near Custer State Park in South Dakota

Bike route: The video begins as we leave the town of Custer heading north. It ends about seven miles later near Crazy Horse National Monument. We parked at the Gordon Stockdale Historic site just west of Custer State Park and biked the 3.2 mile spur before heading north on the Michelson Trail.

Enjoy the iconic South Dakota scenery including the fall colors as you complete your workout.

This virtual bike ride is also perfect if you are stuck inside and just want to enjoy scenic travel. And it's a great video to have playing in the background as a screensaver.
