Speculation over The Queen’s health has been rumbling since she cancelled engagements earlier in the year, and today, in the latest setback, her majesty has pulled out of the state opening of parliament, due to her ‘episodic mobility problems’. One solution could be for The Queen to attend in a mobility scooter or with a walking stick - but should she?
