Submit your Anchor Podcast RSS feed to Apple Podcasts/iTunes Yourself

This is a quick rundown of how to upload your first episode to Anchor and submit it to Apple Podcasts yourself. **Want to skip ahead? See Timestamps below!**

One reason this is so important is because letting Anchor submit your show to Apple Podcasts (and Google Play, Pocketcasts, etc.) means you are not in control of your RSS feed.

You can use the RSS feed URL to submit to any podcast app you choose. (By the way, many podcast apps automatically pull your podcast if it's already listed in Apple Podcasts, such as Overcast.)

NOTE: You must have an Apple ID before submitting to Apple.
