In Spain on Lockdown - Corona Virus Diaries

Spain decided to lock itself down due to Covid-19 the day before I was due to fly back to England, will I make it out?

The funniest part of the day was all these stoners from all over the UK waiting at the airport gates, wearing their tracksuits, Gucci man-bags, baseball caps, fresh creps and wearing some very hazed and open-mouthed expressions on their faces.

There had been some bud smoking competition in Barcelona over the weekend or summert, called Spannibis (lmao!) so all these lads were wearing their memorabilia, tracksuits and caps with the bud leaf and the words ‘blazed’ written all over their merch. Late flight home so guaranteed they had been blazing all day. Their faces were totally pranging, imagine being high AF stuck in an airport surrounded by 500 odd people all wearing masks whilst a full country goes on lockdown because of a pandemic. Let alone just pranging out cause you smell of bud and have to get through airport security. I couldn't stop laughing at the look on their faces. Sweating and shifty-eyed, heavy mouth breathing. Laughing out loud behind my surgical mask...maybe I’m the bud head here.
