🚧 This was a wild ride... I set out to create a fully consistent character sheet and generate a 15-second animation in Sora. Did it work? Not exactly — but I made major progress compared to previous attempts!

💥 What failed:
Still can’t lock full-frame consistency across animation
Animation breaks in details and facial continuity
