E360: Bradley Shore, Inland Empire Health Plan (IEHP)

IEHP is a Medi-Cal and Medicare health insurance company that provides healthcare to 1.2 million people annually. Using GIS, IEHP can identify where people are not getting the services they need and act to provide them. Using Workforce and Survey 123, representatives can go out into the field and input data to pinpoint areas of improvement.
