Goodbye my lover - Guy and Marian

*SERIES TWO SPOILERS*

I know this is one of those songs that has been done to death. But I could only find Robin and Marian vids and not Guy and Marian so I had to make this because for me this song is so suitable for Guy.

He loves Marian almost blindly. Not until the very end is he willing to see what has been in front of his eyes all along. And the way he loves her is the same as what I hear when I listen to this song; he loves her so much he is in denial.

Most of all it is the line "We've had our doubts but now were fine" because I think Guy never really believed that he wouldn't have Marian in the end, his obsession blinded him to both their wrong doings.

Having said that I don't think their relationship was one sided - my deluded little fan-mind believes she loved him too *ducks from R/M shippers*
