Windows Spinning Blue Circle Fix

Get rid of the blue spinning wheel that keeps showing up next to your mouse pointer in Windows 10!

This video does not diagnose the reason behind the blue circle. It just shows you how to make it go away, which is what most of you want. A good majority of the time, the cause behind the circle is not affecting performance, but you just don't want to keep seeing it pop up.

For those who are trying go deep and fix the root of the problem, this isn't the video for you. I state this right in the beginning of the video.

I did a bunch of other 'fixes' before just doing this. Uninstalled apps/programs, changed startup apps, etc. Nothing worked. At this point, I don't really care what's making it happen. My system runs just fine. I just needed the evil blue circle to be gone!

Please note that this doesn’t fix the underlying problem, but it definitely gets the annoying circle out of your face!
