Bhrahmari Pranayam | Simple Steps | Benefits

Bhrahmari Pranayam - One of the most simplest of pranayams that will help you Hum your way to Heart Health.

Method: 1. Place your index fingers on your ears right at the cartilage.
2. Place the remaining fingers right in the center of the forehead.
3. Inhale deeply and breathe out with the humming sound.
4. While doing this humming sound, bend your neck so that the chin touches the chest.
5. Hold in this position till you can and then slowly come back to the original position.
6. Repeat it 10 more times for a good effect.
