Swiss Mushroom Sliders Ingredients (recipe on screen in video):

1 lb 92% ground beef
1/2 cup diced yellow onion
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon worchestershire sauce
1/2 tablespoon minced garlic
Mushroom sauce:
1 tablespoon olive oil
8 ounces sliced mushrooms
1/4 cup low-sodium beef broth
salt and pepper to taste
1 teaspoon worchestershire sauce
1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup low-fat 1% milk
1/2 tablespoon cornstarch
sliders:
1 (12 count) pkg. King's Hawaiian Savory Butter Rolls
6 (21 gram) slices swiss cheese
1 tablespoon I can't believe it's not butter light melted
1/4 teaspoon sesame seeds (if you want)
