Ingredients:
Makes up to 13 meat pies

* 1 medium Irish potato
* 2 small carrots
* 1 small chopped onion
* 400g of minced beef
* 2 tablespoons of cooking oil
* 1 1/2 tablespoons of flour
* 4 grams of seasoning cube
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
