My Big Backyard Chicken Coop

This is my Big Back Yard Chicken Coop. We are raising chickens to teach our children about animals and how to take care of them. We live in a small neighborhood and plan to share our eggs with friends and neighbors. We got our first egg today 4-21-2015. We will let the kids deliver the eggs and any donations they get for the eggs will go towards their college fund. We allow our chickens to roam around the yard (and sometimes the neighbors yard) during the day time and they get in their coop abut dark every night without our coaching or assistance. Every night we (the kids or my wife or I) check to make sure nothing else like a raccoon came in with the chickens and we lock up the coop. In the mornings we let them out to roam.
