Hi All,

The diameter of the base is 23 cm. The diameter of the top portion should be same as the bottom. The inner circle diameter can vary as your wish. I used a round box with a diameter of 14 cm to make the inner circle. The size of the handles can vary as your wish. Please click on the link below to see how to make news paper beads.
