Walking The High Line In New York City | Converted Disused Railroad!

In this video I check out the High Line in New York City, a former disused railroad that was transformed into an elevated linear park in 2009! The park runs from 34th street all the way to 14th street and features unique aerial views across the city as it passes through various different areas including the Meatpacking District.

The railway viaduct was abandoned in 1980 and work to create The High Line park started in 2006. In this video I talk more about the history of the High Line and walk all the way across it, starting from 34th street. I also take a look at some of the unique pieces of art that can be found along the High Line and share all of the fantastic views!
