2 tbsp. , 10 g powder milk, like nido
baking powder 1 tsp
1/4 tsp baking soda or meetha soda
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
1 egg yolk
3/4 cup, 75 g powder sugar or add 1/2 cup for light sweetness
1/2 cup, 100 g or 9-10 tbsp. desi ghee
some almonds or pistachio
Notes:
if you don't have powder milk add 3 tbsp. besan instead of 2
after 15 minutes keep an eye on nankhatai while baking
store in an airtight container and use until they are fresh, up to 1 week
