Little 2 output lm386n-4 amplifier I built with my kid.

This is based on the Texas instruments ti386 chip. This circuit you see has two chips, for two matching outputs. It is using a surplus laptop power supply that puts out 19.5vdc. the scratchy connections come though from the breadboard, but it is a fun little project.

What chip should I mess around with next? More power.... Design a power supply? For more power?
