He teaches at Phulbari Sitala High School (H.S.), a rural institution where he works closely with students to encourage critical thinking, curiosity and responsible decision-making. With a background in English literature and professional certifications in financial markets, his work explores how everyday choices influence long-term outcomes in education and society. Beyond the classroom, he is involved in creative storytelling, educational filmmaking and community initiatives that highlights learning in real environments. Through his work, Bholanath examines how geography, environment and small daily decisions quietly shape human behaviour, personal growth and the direction of communities.
