Rain Sensor DIY with two BC546
Circuit can detect rain, and signal it by switching on a LED.
The circuit is based on two BC546 transistors, the operation is very simple: The water wetting the sensor, and create a bridges between the electrodes... the circuit detects this contact and turns on a LED.
You can find the electric diagram in the end of the video.
I recommend that you observe a distance of at least 3 mm between the sensor contacts
