Tony Samara, spiritual teacher and author of over a dozen books, has been sharing deep evolutionary work and inspiring people to incorporate meditation into their daily life for more than 25 years. Combining meditation, detoxing the body, a plant-based diet & a simple lifestyle, he is best known for how his work touches more deeply than words.

Meditation Teacher and Life Coach , Tony Samara has been passionate about exploring life beyond words since the age of 15 when he learned meditation from a Neuroscience University research group in Norway. A few years later he joined a Zen Buddhist monastery in California, where he lived and worked with a famous Zen master for many years.

He continued his journey by traveling all over the world and learning different spiritual practices, techniques of expanding one's consciousness and was initiated into various healing modalities by South American and Polynesian Shamans.

Traditional knowledge always felt close to him but he was equally fascinated by the findings of neuroscience, quantum physics, and modern medicine and proceeded to receive a Certificate in Life Coaching from Cambridge University.

He combines the modern and the traditional in his work, which he shares with thousands of people all over the world in his unique retreats, online seminars, as well as his one-to-one individual sessions.

Tony teaches with humour, humility and infinite patience, motivating and empowering each individual with courage, insight, trust and inner strength to continue on their healing journey that leads towards real freedom.

Verbal dialogue is not the essence of his teachings, but he explains in a direct and simple way that everyone can understand, how each individual can practically integrate greater acceptance, peace, and joy into their daily lives.

At the core of Tony Samara's teachings lies the evolution of human consciousness, which in today's world is vital for achieving deep, personal happiness, inner peace and the illumination of one’s inner quest.
