Excursion Build: Part 2 (Kilmat and 2nd row captain chairs!)

In Part 2 of the Excursion build we complete the following:

- Gut the interior by removing all seats, carpet, panels, and headliner.
- Install Kilmat on the entire interior including floor, door panels, and roof
- Add Noico sound insulating foam over kilmat in door panels
- Install 2nd row captains chairs from a 2015-17 Expedition by building adapter plates to utilize stock floor mounting locations
