ASUS Laptop Hinge Repair - DON'T Buy a New Cover! (Vivobook X513 / X515) 🔧

In this video, I perform a professional ASUS Laptop Hinge Repair on a Vivobook X513. This method also works for ASUS X515, F515, and Vivobook 15/16 models with broken hinges.

Instead of replacing the entire LCD back cover, I rebuilt the mounting points using epoxy. This laptop hinge fix is perfect when parts are expensive or unavailable.

The hinge on this ASUS X513EA was ripped out of the cover — the mounting points were destroyed, and the hinge was tearing out of the plastic cover.
