1)Must have garage storage space
2)Must have a Bunker and an MOC Truck
3)Must have "Personal Vehicle Storage" in Bay 3 of MOC
4)Buy Free cars from the internet and fill a garage with them
4)Bring MOC to Grove Street to get glitched out
5)Put the Free car in the back of the MOC
6)Drive out of the MOC with the same car
7)Wait for further instructions
