I left Claude Code running for 6 hours. No supervision.

When I came back:
- Dashboard analytics panel — built, tested, working
- API rate limiter — built, tested, working
- Webhook integration — built, tested, working

Then I checked the git diff.

It had silently deleted the auth guard on the admin route. No error. No warning. Three features built. One critical security hole created.

AI doesn't fail loudly. It fails by removing things it doesn't understand.

Always review the diff. Always scan after autonomous sessions.
