This was amazing. To get a good bore ( tidal wave ) the tide needs to be 9.5m or more. This was 9.8m. You can walk above the shore safely but please check tide times. The bore is about 2 hours before high tide. The Knott is incredible and I highly suggest a map as the technology was struggling. An unforgettable day genuinely. Stay safe. Paul
