The information is simple, and factual and delivered with no hint of alarm or fear. The overall message is that adults are working diligently to stop the spread, and that by washing your hands with soap and water, staying away from people who are sick, and using a hand sanitizer are things everyone can do to protect themselves.

Each episode features animated characters that interact and experience the real world. Bailey, an adventurous and inquisitive kid, and his curiosity leads him to explore the world with the help of his two friends, Boggs, a mischievous Frog and Maggie the magical magnifying glass.

Each program opens with Bailey asking a question. Bailey’s questions are posed to Maggie who invites him to take a closer look into her glass. Maggie then transports Bailey and Boggs to real world destinations to help them find answers to their questions. Along the way, Bailey draws pictures of what he sees in his “terrific scientific journal”. The journal is reviewed at the end of the program as a recap of what is learned.
