Blacktop 20v 4age, stock. Abnormal a/F creep. (Updated)

Is the AF ratings on my stock fresh rebuild AE86 20 valve 4age.
I am running an Innovative wideband in place of the factory sensor with the proper output possibly lame sensor?
Does it over and over, cruise or idle. It will snap back sooner if you blip the throttle. All other sensors are new as well.

Update ( forgot) you can’t use a wideband 02 output to a factory Ecu
