Session 1: James E Glassman
The conference provides a unique venue for dialogue among government and business leaders, and academics, who share their perspectives and forecasts on key economic and political issues which impact the health care industry. Health care politics, economic policies and research in a number of different areas will be expertly assessed. This is an excellent opportunity to learn about public and private sector health care trends and policies, and to gain insight into how the economics and politics of health care will impact business organizations.
Keynote Speaker Norm Ornstein, Resident Scholar, American Enterprise Institute, returns for his 19th year in a row to give us his inside-the-beltway insights on the outlook for health care reform. His talk will address politics and policies of this Presidential election year and how it affects the ongoing challenges and continuing debate in Congress over ACA implementation and the politics of health care. Join him and other distinguished speakers from the private sector, the government, thinks tanks and academia who will share their expert perspectives.
This is an excellent opportunity to participate in an examination of public and private sector health care trends, and gain insight into how the economics and politics of health care reform will affect one's business organization and constituents.
